Creative in the fact No Shade does not conform to any one genre, his EP stood out to me due to its variety throughout and I have picked out ‘Fading Away’ as the strongest song on the EP.
With several genres in just the one song, with the use of trap drums, reverbed vocals as well as booming, heavy guitar solos and riffs it hits a whole new level of creativity I have not heard before. Starting out slowly, the song builds and builds for a triumphant finish, leaving you shaking your head in disbelief in what you have just heard.
The fact No Shade started out just playing guitar in his bedroom and has transitioned into a fantastic musician pays testament to this young mans ability and I am excited to see where his career will go!
