Where do I start? Probably with the first track of the EP and what a start is is. ‘Come On Home’ is a powerful little number which really sets the tone for the whole EP. Including an absolutely fantastic solo, the themes of love and loss aren’t lost on this track.
The self titled track of the album is arguably the strongest in my opinion. Starting off with a nice little strings ensemble before slowly building up into an indie rock banger. “We’ve all got good intentions” is a statement I’m sure we all feel, but when listening to Keiran blast out the lyrics of the tune I start to believe it.
Along with ‘Playing The Fool’ and ‘Tell Me I’m Insane’, the Newcastle based lad provides us with an EP full of hearty guitars, unreal vocals and has you blasting it on repeat all day long!
