Alexander Mountain illuminates this bank holiday Sunday with ‘Streetlights’

Release Date – 27th May 2021

Words: Dan Smith

The pop folk ballad ‘Streetlights’ is filled with mesmerising vocals and rich acoustic guitar licks.

Filled with body percussion, ‘Streetlights’ is a unique little number which is sure to add a little bit of brightness to your week.

“And I’ll wait here, til’ the lights turn out” is an incredibly prominent and powerful line in the song, reinforcing the message of never letting go which is riddled throughout.

Yes, this is a love song. But it isn’t your classic, cringy Ed Sheeran kind of love song. This is a song filled with passion, and heart, and I love it!
