Belfast-based indie-rock and pop group Cadbury Get The Jet, comprised of
members Darren Finn and Neil Goss, have returned with their latest release ‘Livin’
For The AM.’ Since the release of their debut single ‘April 12th’ in 2020, the band
has gone from strength-to-strength, and their most recent track only serves to further
highlight their amazing collaboration and dedication to their craft.
Prior to the band’s much awaited EP release this summer, ‘Livin’ For The AM’ is
their first release of 2024. Imagine breezy days and beer gardens as you listen to
what is sure to become an iconic summer anthem. The track ‘Livin’ For The AM’ is a
surefire hit with the band’s amazing vocal and melodic ability over appealing,
energetic music.
With guitar chords that are reminiscent of some of The Beatles’ most joyful songs, I
want to draw attention to the band’s extraordinary musical talent on this track. I find
the guitar riffs on ‘Livin’ For The AM’ to be quite similar to George Harrison’s guitar
chords on ‘Octopus’ Garden’; they are both bold and dazzling.
This song is perfect for major festival spots; therefore, we have no doubt that it will
give the band a wealth of opportunities on larger platforms! 2024 is anticipated to be
a momentous year for the band with the prospect of releasing even more new music,
with an EP set for release in the summer! Cadbury Get The Jet is a band that will
appeal to those who enjoy Red Rum Club, Jake Bugg, The Coronas, and CMAT.
